The Rural Community Network has produced this
manual in order to provide guidance for both initiators and facilitators of consultation processes, on how to ensure that ordinary people get involved, especially those who do traditionally participate in such processes, such as farmers, young people, and the unemployed. The Manual also suggests
concrete ways of making consultation processes
as effective and meaningful as possible.
