Together: Building a United Community Engagement Forum

OUR SAFE COMMUNITY

We would like to invite you to the fourth Together: Building a United Community Engagement Forum

The theme of this forum is the T:BUC priority ‘Our Safe Community’ which commits to ‘create a community where everyone feels safe in moving around and where life choices are not inhibited by fears around safety’.

The event will allow reflections and debate on key issues relating to safety, current government interventions as well as work being driven by groups on the ground.

Tuesday 19th September 2017, 9.30am – 2.00pm
Dunsilly Hotel, 20 Dunsilly Rd, Antrim BT41 2JH

Forum delegates will hear from a number of speakers who will discuss the nature of the problem, key characteristics and current trends.  Others contributions will highlight a range of responses that have sought to transform our community from unsafe to safe.

Government will also use the event to update the sector on progress regarding the implementation of other T:BUC priorities.

Finally, this forum is an opportunity for the sector to continue to influence and support the development of a safe community.  CRC & TEO encourages you and your colleagues from the sector to attend this forum and to strengthen the delivery and implementation of T:BUC - your participation, your views and your engagement in this event are crucial.
